I bought a house with a Cascadian Water Treatment System — now what?

If you’ve bought a house that already has a Cascadian Water Treatment System installed, then you’ll be happy to know that these systems require very little maintenance.

Often just 5-10 minutes worth per year.

The first thing you need to do is determine what kind of system you have.

This is actually really easy. If your system is blue, it’s what we call our ICS (or Integrated Cartridge System). This is our newest line, and we have a bunch of content online.

The best place to start is our manuals page. To determine exactly which model you have, look at the bracket that connects the filter housing to the wall. It’ll have the model number as well as the replacement filter number. If you’ve got other questions, we’ve built an FAQ page, too.

On the other hand, if your system is black, then it’s going to be a part of our older Automatic line. For manuals reach out to us here. For other support, you’ll be able to contact a water treatment specialist. We have created a list of solid vendors here.
